You can use some iOS compatible foot pedals to control the Teleprompter.

Which Devices Will Work?

Any iOS compatible foot pedal with the option to select an input of left/right arrow key input, up/down arrow key input, or SPACE key input will work.

How to use a Foot Pedal to Control the Teleprompter

For the most options, we recommend setting your foot pedal into left/right arrow key mode. Follow the instructions for your device to set the pedals to input left and right arrow key presses. You can select how you would like your foot pedal to control the Teleprompter, the following options are available:

• Start and stop scrolling
  Right pedal = Start/stop scrolling forwards
  Left pedal = Start/stop scrolling backwards
• Page forwards and backwards
  Right pedal = Page forwards
  Left pedal = Page backwards
• Increase or decrease speed
  Right pedal = Increase speed
  Left pedal = Decrease speed

For Start / Stop Scrolling Control:

1. Follow the steps requires to connect your particular foot pedal to your iOS device.
2. Open the Teleprompter app on your device, then open one of your scripts.
3. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom.
4. Tap the Scroll Mode option.
5. Make sure that Continuous (Default) is selected.
6. Under Control Mode, select Start/Stop Scrolling.

For Page Forwards / Backwards Control:

1. Follow the steps requires to connect your particular foot pedal to your iOS device.
2. Open the Teleprompter app on your device, then open one of your scripts.
3. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom.
4. Tap the Scroll Mode option.
5. Make sure that Paging is selected.

For Increase / Decrease Speed Control:

1. Follow the steps requires to connect your particular foot pedal to your iOS device.
2. Open the Teleprompter app on your device, then open one of your scripts.
3. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom.
4. Tap the Scroll Mode option.
5. Make sure that Continuous (Default) is selected.
6. Under Control Mode, select Adjust Scroll Speed.
